Ulmer & Berne’s Venture Law Group provides timely, efficient, and effective legal services to all of our investor clients. Who We Assist

Our experienced attorneys support clients across the full range of fund and financing models, including early stage and venture capital, to later stage equity, leveraged buyouts, and IPOs. Our experience as founders and funders gives us an edge in assisting clients with developing and implementing their investment strategies. We assist investment funds with fund formation, due diligence of potential portfolio investments, and analysis and negotiation of potential investment deals. We also work with individual investors and investor syndicates to execute deals.
