We have extensive experience working with clients to: form investment vehicles; structure, document, and close complex equity raises; handle due diligence; negotiate, document, and close real estate acquisitions/divestitures and operations transfer transactions; navigate regulatory requirements; and negotiate, document, and close debt and equity financing transactions.
We work closely with our clients to accomplish their business objectives. Every transaction has its own set of unique challenges, and we are there every step of the way to work through complex legal and business issues that arise during the course of a transaction.
The Long-Term Care team is comprised of experienced attorneys across multiple disciplines in the firm’s Business Department, including Health Care, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate, Banking & Commercial Finance, Capital Markets & Securities Transactions, and Tax. Additional firm resources are available for issues that arise during the course of a transaction, including litigation, creditors’ rights, intellectual property, employment, and ERISA.
