Can You Hear Me Now? The Reception to Cell Towers from Property Owners and Purchasers

Join attorneys from Ulmer’s Real Estate Practice as they host a complimentary webinar on the impact of cell towers on property ownership and the perspectives of both property owners negotiating with tower operators and those buying a property subject to an existing tower. During the webinar, Ulmer attorneys Stephen G. Nesbitt and Jeremy B. Adell will discuss the basics of understanding cell towers including the various types and locations as well as property interests. After sharing common considerations in negotiating a lease or easement with a tower operator, they will examine the legal and due diligence concerns for purchasers seeking to buy a property with an existing tower. CLE Credit + On Demand: This webinar is pending approval for 1.0 hour of General CLE credit in Ohio, Illinois, and Pennsylvania for the live (03/29/2023) and on-demand viewings through 12/31/2023. It is also pending approval for 1.0 hour of General CLE credit in Kentucky for the live (03/29/2023) and on-demand viewings through 06/30/2023. In order to obtain credit for this webinar in Illinois (Live and Recorded Technology), Kentucky, (Live and Technological), Ohio (Live Interactive Webinar and Self-Study), and Pennsylvania (Live Webcast and Internet Based) you must: watch for a minimum of 30 minutes (at least 60 minutes in Pennsylvania), answer poll questions, and complete the evaluation in the survey widget. Eligibility for credit of on-demand viewing will be determined at the end of each month and participants will be emailed a Certificate of Attendance/Completion. CLE Credit will be reported and all applicable attendance fees paid by Ulmer & Berne on behalf of the attendee in Illinois, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
