To our clients and friends:
During these unprecedented times and challenging circumstances, I want to assure you that the attorneys at Ulmer are fully prepared to act quickly to support you and your organizations, pivot when needed, and help guide you in making difficult decisions.
In response to developments occurring across the country related to the fight against coronavirus and state issued orders, effective Monday, March 16, Ulmer instructed our employees to work from home. We will continue to support all of your legal needs and ensure you have effective counsel. However, for the safety of our clients and employees during this temporary arrangement, we will be available to assist you remotely through phone calls, emails, and videoconferencing.
Further, we are closely monitoring the outbreak and the corresponding challenges facing us all. Our attorneys are up-to-date, experienced, and knowledgeable in the legal issues arising from this pandemic, including labor and employment, wage and hour, tax, real estate, and insurance coverage issues. We will continually communicate with you regarding legal developments surrounding this pandemic. We will also publish timely alerts and release important updates to Ulmer.com that may be useful in keeping your organization moving forward. In the meantime, if you have any questions about the pandemic, please reach out to your relationship attorney who can help you navigate these issues.
By taking this significant step in social distancing for our employees and clients, we hope Ulmer can help the CDC and our local governments in keeping everyone safe while continuing to support our clients.
