Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce that Howard Groedel has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Institute of Art (CIA).
As chair of the Ulmer Business Law Group, Howard focuses his practice on securities regulatory matters and corporate transactions. He counsels financial institutions, private funds, and public and privately held companies in connection with SEC filing and disclosure requirements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and board-level governance matters. Howard is a frequent author and speaker on securities law and regulatory subjects, and is recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer. He earned his B.A. from Miami University (Ohio) and his J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
