October 27, 2021 – Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Partner Rex A. Littrell to Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Columbus office. As Partner-in-Charge, Littrell will have strategic oversight in managing the operations of the Columbus office. Littrell assumed this role in anticipation of Partner Alexander M. Andrews’ retirement at year end.

Littrell has been a partner with Ulmer since joining the firm in 2000. He is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on defending mass torts involving pharmaceutical products. He has served as national counsel for pharmaceutical drug and dietary supplement manufacturers and retailers in state and federal product liability litigation across the country. He has extensive mediation experience in mass tort litigation, and has acted as defense liaison counsel in multidistrict litigation and in global mass tort mediations.
In addition to his practice, Littrell serves on the ADR Committee for the Columbus Bar Association and the ADR and Drug and Medical Device Committees for the Defense Research Institute. He also acts as a Volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program.
