Ulmer Partner Inajo Davis Chappell Joins ERIEBANK Ohio Advisory Board

August 19, 2020 – Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Inajo Davis Chappell has been appointed to the ERIEBANK Ohio Advisory Board. ERIEBANK is a division of CNB Bank.

Chappell is a Partner and Group Leader of Ulmer’s Nonprofit Group, which represents more than 100 exempt organizations ranging from social service agencies to arts groups, health organizations, foundations, community development corporations, educational, and governmental institutions. In addition, she also handles legal matters for for-profit businesses, focusing her practice on various aspects of corporate law and governance, general business transactions, and commercial real estate acquisition, development, construction, and financing. An active civic leader and community volunteer, Chappell serves on the boards of several nonprofits, including Say Yes Cleveland Scholarship, Inc. and the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, and was recently named to Savoy Magazine’s Most Influential Black Lawyers list for the positive impact she has had on her community.
