His litigation experience includes a variety of business and employment issues. Mr. Linehan’s understanding of the nuanced and technical aspects of eDiscovery are an asset to clients both as a preventative measure to avoid potentially costly disputes and as a problem-solving measure if and when disputes do arise.

Mr. Linehan earned his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. from Case Western University School of Law. He has been named to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars List since 2014.

Mr. Linehan joins an eDiscovery practice at Ulmer that is led by seasoned trial attorneys who rely on decades of experience to give clients a 360-degree view of the litigation landscape in commercial litigation, class actions, and other complex litigation matters. Ulmer’s eDiscovery practice operates as a cost-reducing component of the firm’s larger complex litigation services. Attorneys who have spent the majority of their careers focusing on the nuanced technical aspects of eDiscovery work in concert with seasoned trial advocates, creating synergy and efficiency between the broader litigation strategy and its component parts. The eDiscovery group provides impactful guidance from initial preservation through custodian interviews, document collection, filtering, review, analysis and production.
