Ulmer & Berne announces that Megan B. Gramke, a partner based in the firm’s Cincinnati office, has been appointed to the Advisory Board for Portaluca. She will serve a three-year term.
Portaluca (formerly 4th Street Boutique) is a sophisticated resale boutique that sells women’s new and gently used clothing, and donates proceeds to Dress for Success Cincinnati. Dress for Success Cincinnati helps disadvantaged women become and stay employed by providing professional attire, a network of support, and other career development tools. The organization has helped over 13,000 women since its founding in 1999.
Ms. Gramke focuses her practice on product liability defense. She represents medical device, pharmaceutical, and other manufacturers on a local and national level. Her experience includes defense of claims pertaining to antidepressants, cancer medications, cardiac drugs, dietary supplements, and medical devices. She handles various aspects of complex cases, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
Ms. Gramke has been named to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. She earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a B.S.J., magna cum laude, from Ohio University.
