Cleveland-based business litigator Stephen H. Jett and Cincinnati-based environmental attorney David A. Meyer have joined the firm as partner and counsel, respectively.
Mr. Jett’s practice is focused on business litigation. His clients operate in a wide range of industries, including commercial real estate, construction, health care, technology, manufacturing, and financial services. He has represented clients in intellectual property, franchise law, employment law, commercial contracts, business torts, trade secrets, and a full spectrum of commercial real estate matters. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Jett served as a Captain in the Kentucky Air National Guard. He earned his B.A. from the University of Kentucky and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
Mr. Meyer brings significant experience with environmental and energy-related matters for clients operating in a number of major industries. He also represents clients on various matters related to real estate development and commercial contracts. Mr. Meyer has experience counseling clients on a transactional level and routinely assists clients with real estate and corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, environmental remediation, sustainability projects, construction contracts and insurance matters. He has experience litigating environmental, construction and other commercial disputes and defending regulatory enforcement matters. Mr. Meyer earned his B.S. from Thomas More College and his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
