June 7, 2021 – Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to share that Counsel Stanley D. Prybe has been elected to serve a three-year term on the Board of Trustees of the Hunger Network, one of the largest emergency food providers in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. In this new role, Prybe will use his experience as a longtime volunteer with the organization to help it in its mission to build a healthy, hunger-free community.

Prybe focuses his legal practice on the establishment, qualification, and maintenance of all types of employee benefit plans. He regularly advises clients on matters concerning employee benefit compliance, medical and other welfare benefits, benefit issues associated with mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, individual retirement accounts, and ERISA.
In addition, Prybe is actively involved with the Northeast Ohio chapter of Worldwide Employee Benefits Network (WEB), an organization dedicated to the development and education of benefits professionals, serving as the chapter’s Secretary and on its Steering Committee. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
