August 30, 2021 – Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to share that Associate Emmanuel I. Sanders has accepted an invitation to become an Associate Member of The Judge John M. Manos Inn of Court, an exclusive organization founded to improve the skills, professionalism, and ethics of the Cleveland bench and bar.
The Manos Inn of Court furthers the legacy of John M. Manos, a Cleveland attorney and U.S. District Court Judge for the Northern District of Ohio, who ruled on landmark cases during his more than 30-year tenure on the bench. Sanders joins the Inn with some of the most capable practitioners in Northeast Ohio, as well as members of the federal and state judiciary.
Sanders is a litigator who focuses his practice on defending product liability litigation and pharmaceutical, medical device, and mass tort claims. He represents a diverse array of clients in multidistrict, coordinated, and consolidated proceedings, as well as putative class actions. He has experience handling key aspects of complex litigation, including motion practice, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing experts for deposition.
In addition to his practice, Sanders is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. He also serves on the Development Committee of Fuchs Mizrachi School and is a Board Member of the Young Leadership Division of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland.
