June 3, 2021 – Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to share that Associate Blaine F. Doyle has joined the Board of Friends of Wagner Farm, an association that provides stewardship and fundraising support to Historic Wagner Farm in Glenview, Illinois.
Historic Wagner Farm is an 18.6 acre working farm in the Glenview Park District that serves as an educational destination, offering programs and events that provide a taste of local farm life from the past and that teach the important role farming plays in today’s culture. In his role on the Board, Doyle will assist Friends of Wagner Farm in its mission to help the farm enhance the visitor experience, educate the public, and provide visitors access to this unique property.
In his legal practice, Doyle focuses on resolving complex business disputes in the financial services industry. He represents national banks, broker-dealers, and financial advisory firms in proceedings held before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Futures Association, as well as in state and federal courts.
Doyle also serves as Co-President of the Tulane Alumni Club of Chicago, and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and Catholic Lawyers Guild of Chicago. Recognized for his skill, Doyle has been consistently named to the Illinois list of Super Lawyers Rising Stars.
