Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce that Associate Brooke Tyus has recently been appointed to the Board of Directors of Larchmere Porchfest for a two-year term. Larchmere Porchfest is a nonprofit that hosts a family-friendly annual music festival of the same name. The event features musicians from a variety of genres who perform on the porches of 30 homeowners in Cleveland’s Larchmere neighborhood.
Tyus is a member of Ulmer’s Real Estate Practice Group and focuses her practice on real estate, business, and nonprofit matters. She advises clients on a wide range of real estate issues, assists with all aspects of the due diligence process, and assists with real estate and corporate documentation. She received her undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University, and is a cum laude graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Law and participated in the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic.
Larchmere Porchfest supports the arts, builds community cohesion, and promotes social welfare by fostering an environment in which music and arts can thrive. The all-day festival attracts over 10,000 people to view its free performances from local and popular bands and musicians. The 11th annual Larchmere Porchfest will take place on Saturday, June 15, 2019.
