Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Ethan Lee Rosenfeld as an Associate in the firm’s Business Department. Rosenfeld will focus his practice on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing transactions, and regulatory compliance. In addition, Rosenfeld will work with clients in the health care industry, including skilled nursing and assisted living facility owners and operators in the purchase, sale, and financing of long-term care facilities. He will work out of Ulmer’s Cleveland, Ohio office.

Prior to joining Ulmer, Rosenfeld worked as an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, a New York-based international law firm. Rosenfeld twice received the Pro Bono Publico Award from The Legal Aid Society in New York City for his outstanding public service. He received his undergraduate degree from The State University of New York – College at Geneseo, and his law degree with honors from The George Washington University Law School. In law school, Rosenfeld served as the Articles Editor of The George Washington Journal of Energy and Environmental Law.
