January 27, 2021 – Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Sachin V. Java to the firm’s Business Law Practice Group. Java joins Ulmer’s Cleveland office as an associate where he will focus his practice on corporate law matters including business counseling, mergers and acquisitions, and health care regulatory compliance.
“We’re excited to have Sachin join our team of skilled business attorneys,” said Marie C.
