September 22, 2020 – Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Associate Kevin M. Bandy to the firm’s Cincinnati office where he joins the Product Liability Practice Group.
Bandy focuses on defending product liability litigation and pharmaceutical, medical device, and mass tort claims. He has experience with all aspects of complex litigation and has represented clients in multiple state and federal jurisdictions nationwide, including multidistrict litigation involving thousands of plaintiffs. He performs legal research on a variety of complex topics and drafts substantive pleadings, such as summary judgment motions, oppositions to motions for class certification, and appeals.

In addition to his practice, Bandy serves as Co-Chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section CLE Committee. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Louisville and his law degree with honors from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he served as Publications Editor of the Law Review.
