June 17, 2022 – Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Kyle D. Greene who joins the firm’s nationally recognized Construction Practice Group as an Associate in the Cincinnati office..
Greene focuses his practice on resolving construction disputes and assisting clients in all phases of construction projects. Having worked for numerous subcontractors and a multifamily apartment renovation company, he brings hands-on experience in construction in areas ranging from litigation, lien enforcements, and general labor to supervision, bid drafting, and American Institute of Architects contract review. His broad litigation experience includes pleadings and motion practice, pretrial discovery, and trial preparation. He also assists with catastrophic loss litigation.

Admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky, Greene is a member of several professional organizations, including the Ohio State, Cincinnati, Kentucky, and Northern Kentucky Bar Associations. He earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University and his J.D. with honors from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he served on the Law Review.
