Ulmer Adds Associate to Financial Services Practice Group in Chicago

October 3, 2022 – Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Associate Preslav P. Mantchev to the firm’s Chicago office, where he joins the firm’s nationally recognized Financial Services & Securities Litigation Practice Group.

Mantchev is a business litigator with experience handling all aspects of the pre-litigation and trial process, including case evaluation, early settlement negotiations, legal research, motion practice, and discovery. He is experienced in preparing pleadings and dispositive motions in federal and state cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of trust, and other complex litigation.

Mantchev earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Illinois Wesleyan University and his J.D. with honors from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he served as Admissions Editor for The Elder Law Journal. Mantchev served on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Wesleyan University Alumni Association from 2017-2021.
