July 20, 2020 – Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Associate Adam R. Bennett to the firm’s Columbus office. He will join the firm’s award-winning Business Litigation Practice Group.
Bennett’s practice will focus on the resolution of complex business disputes. He has experience with all aspects of the litigation process and frequently assists clients with a wide range of employment and labor challenges, including in matters involving employment discrimination as well as ADA and FMLA compliance.

In addition to his practice, Bennett serves on the Board of Trustees for Equitas Health, and on the Southeast Regional Advisory Board for the Children’s Hunger Alliance. Bennett also volunteers with Columbus Humane on its Human Resources committee. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from The Ohio State University and his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
