Haugh, an intellectual property attorney in Ulmer’s Cincinnati office, provides counsel in all phases of intellectual property law including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, he has broad experience in patent preparation and prosecution, patent and trademark portfolio management, freedom-to-operate studies, and license agreements. His preparation and prosecution of patent applications focuses primarily on the computer science, electrical, and mechanical arts, including but not limited to cloud computing, artificial intelligence, gaming, payment networks, and manufacturing systems. He also routinely provides intellectual property litigation support, including patent claim construction analysis and patent validity studies.
Tucker, a bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorney in Ulmer’s Cleveland office, is certified by the American Board of Certification as a specialist in business bankruptcy law. He represents debtors, creditors, and trustees in all aspects of business/commercial Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies, and represents commercial creditors in out-of-court workouts, foreclosure actions, receiverships, and replevins. He is experienced in the representation of receivers in state court receiverships, and also protects the rights of commercial landlords in the retail industry when tenant-retailers file for bankruptcy. Consistently recognized for his legal skill, Tucker has been named as one of the Top 50 Lawyers in the city of Cleveland and Top 100 Lawyers in Ohio by Ohio Super Lawyers and has been honored by The Best Lawyers in America® every year since 2008.
