February 9, 2022 – Ulmer & Berne LLP is proud to announce that Partners Lucas V. (Duke) Haugh and Michael S. Tucker have been named to BTI Consulting Group’s 2022 list of Client Service All-Stars.

Each year, BTI asks top legal decision makers across the country to identify attorneys who stand above others in delivering the absolute best client service. The elite 2022 Client Service All-Stars list includes attorneys who were selected for their ability to immediately grasp clients’ needs, expectations, and risks, and who set the standard in providing unmatched client service.

He is experienced in the representation of receivers in state court receiverships, and also protects the rights of commercial landlords in the retail industry when tenant-retailers file for bankruptcy. Consistently recognized for his legal skill, Tucker has been named as one of the Top 50 Lawyers in the city of Cleveland and Top 100 Lawyers in Ohio by Ohio Super Lawyers and has been honored by The Best Lawyers in America® every year since 2008.

In recognizing the Client Service All-Stars, BTI asks each honoree for their unique client service philosophy. Haugh, a firm believer in creating collaborative partnerships, said, “I seek to truly understand my clients’ businesses, as well as their short-term and long-term objectives, so we can work collaboratively to help them reach their goals. I also believe that clear and consistent communication is critical to effective client service, and helps build long-term, meaningful relationships with my clients.”

Tucker is steadfast in his client service philosophy of putting clients first and helping them achieve their goals. “I work to understand my clients’ needs, their goals, and the pressures they are under,” he said. “I am there for my clients when they need me, always. I keep them informed, am responsive, and provide practical advice and creative solutions.”
