Stanley Prybe Joins Steering Committee of Worldwide Employee Benefits Network

Ulmer Attorney Appointed to Help Lead Cleveland Chapter of Nationwide Organization 

Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce that Counsel Stanley D. Prybe has been appointed to serve on the steering committee of Worldwide Employee Benefits Network (WEB) – Cleveland, the organization’s largest chapter.

WEB was established in 1983 to further the education and development of employee benefits professionals. WEB Cleveland (established in 1990) has provided a forum for benefits professionals to exchange information and ideas through educational programs, publications and networking opportunities on a national basis and through local chapters. Stan has been a member of WEB for nine years.

Stan has extensive experience in the establishment, qualification and maintenance of a broad range of employee benefit plans. He regularly advises clients on matters concerning employee benefit compliance; privacy and data security under HIPAA; medical and other welfare benefits; benefit issues associated with mergers and acquisitions; executive compensation; individual retirement accounts; and ERISA.

Stan earned his B.S., magna cum laude, from Davidson College and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
