Ulmer & Berne announces that partner Robin D. Miller has received the 16th annual Women Worth Watching award from Profiles in Diversity Journal. The honor extends to a select group of trailblazers who have distinguished themselves from their peers based on excellence in their fields and the positive influence they have both inside and outside of their organizations.
Profiles in Diversity Journal is a publication dedicated to recognizing ambitious people, initiatives, and programs that support the success of diverse workforces across the country and around the world. The winners of the publication’s Women Worth Watching award were nominated based on passion, potential, and positive influence in the workplace and in the community. The women who received the award represent corporations, government agencies, law firms, and nonprofits from across North America and Europe.
Miller is the Vice Chair of Ulmer’s Business Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Miller represents publicly traded corporations, small private businesses, and universities, at all stages of litigation including requests for immediate injunctive relief, trials, and appeals. She has experience defending and pursuing a variety of cases involving breach of contract, fraud, defamation, non-compete agreements, trade secret misappropriation, construction, employment discrimination, and product liability.
In 2017, Miller was named a Client Service All-Star by BTI Consulting Group. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law.
