Duke Haugh focuses his practice on intellectual property. He is a registered patent attorney with broad experience in patent preparation and prosecution, patent and trademark portfolio management, freedom-to-operate studies, patent litigation, and opinion work. He counsels clients ranging from Fortune 50 companies to small and mid-sized businesses on patent, trademark, copyright, and software and information technology matters. Mr. Haugh’s preparation and prosecution of patent applications practice focuses primarily on the computer science, electrical, and mechanical arts. Mr. Haugh received his J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his B.S., with distinction, from Ohio Northern University.
Stephen Nesbitt is a Cincinnati-based attorney who counsels clients on a range of corporate law and real estate matters. On the corporate side, his clients include entrepreneurs, founders, investors, shareholders, and financiers. Mr. Nesbitt advises clients on a full spectrum of corporate issues, including the formation, entity selection, capitalization, capital structure and financing of new and existing businesses, as well as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. In his real estate practice, he advises developers, sponsors, investors, lenders, and corporate clients in land acquisitions and divestitures, construction, financing, and the leasing of diverse properties. Mr. Nesbitt earned his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and his B.S. from Miami University.
