Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Erica Carducci as an associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Carducci will focus her practice in the areas of estate planning and trust and estate administration. She joins the group in the firm’s Cincinnati office.
Carducci provides counsel to a range of clients to achieve their personal and financial goals for estate planning and the minimization of federal estate, gift, and generation skipping transfer taxes. She is skilled at drafting a variety of estate planning documents and takes a strategic approach to finding the right solution for each individual client.

As a member of the New York Bar, Carducci previously worked as an associate at Phillips Lytle LLP, a Buffalo-based law firm. She received her undergraduate degree cum laude from Xavier University, and her law degree cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. In law school, Carducci served as the Articles Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review.
