Ulmer & Berne LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew Vale has been promoted from contract attorney to full-time associate. Vale will work out of Ulmer’s Cincinnati office in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.
Vale’s practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has experience preparing and facilitating ongoing prosecution of patent applications in the chemical and mechanical arts. Vale has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications for a variety of inventions used in a broad range of technologies. He earned his B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
