Ulmer & Berne LLP announces that Cleveland-based Counsel Anne Strassfeld has been elected to the Board of Directors of Neighborhood Family Practice (NFP).
Strassfeld focuses her practice on advising health care industry clients on a full range of topics, with a particular emphasis on transactions and regulatory matters. A seasoned health care attorney and former general counsel, she has over two decades of experience providing legal counsel to health care clients as both outside and in-house counsel. Strassfeld previously served in executive leadership and senior counsel positions with large, integrated health care systems, including major private and public academic medical centers. Over the course of her career, she has represented individual providers and provider groups as well as small and large entities across the health care industry.
Strassfeld earned her B.A. from Wesleyan University and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. She previously served as the Board Chair of Care Alliance Health Center.
