Dolores (Lola) Garcia Prignitz recently joined Ulmer’s Cleveland office as an associate. Garcia Prignitz previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney, and was an associate at Jones Day.
“We are excited to add Lola to the business litigation team,” said Paul R. Harris, Co-Chair of Ulmer’s Business Litigation Group. “Hiring an experienced, young attorney like Lola adds to the growth we’ve been experiencing and directly addresses our clients’ increasing needs in this space.”
Garcia Prignitz joins Ulmer’s Business Litigation Group where she will focus her practice on representing clients on a variety of commercial matters ranging from contract disputes to business torts. She has experience advising clients on antitrust matters, including civil litigation, compliance work, and state, federal, and international civil and criminal investigations of both individuals and corporate entities. Garcia Prignitz has experience in all aspects of litigation, as well as in arbitrations, internal investigations, and pre-litigation presentations to government agencies.
Garcia Prignitz is the Vice President of the Norman S. Minor Bar Association, Cleveland’s first African American bar association. She earned her B.A. from Grinnell College and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
