The interview process for our Summer Associates Program is designed to find the best and brightest candidates who will both fit our work culture and bring something new to the firm. During August and September, we participate in on-campus interviews at numerous law schools. After the on-campus interiew, you may be asked to visit one of our offices for a second “call-back” interview, which consists of a group interview with four to eight attorneys. Following the inteview, candidates have the opportunity to meet with one or two practice group leaders and join a few associates for lunch. Offers are generally extended by early October.
