Client Development Manager

We are currently seeking a full-time Client Development Manager for either our downtown Cleveland or Cincinnati offices. The Client Development Manager is responsible for delivering insight and objective viewpoints to support the business development efforts of the firm. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the firm’s client acquisition and retention efforts, improving service offerings, and in identifying opportunities for increased visibility.

The successful Client Development Manager must be a master relationship builder with experience creating and cultivating trust and confidence with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively and independently to discover new ways to add value to the firm.

Job Duties Include:


A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field with at least 8-10 years of experience working within a professional services firm. Position requires a self-starter and strategic thinker with excellent client relationship management skills. The position requires outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both in writing and verbally, to people at all levels and across offices.
