Seth’s practice focuses on intellectual property and encompasses patent, trademark, and licensing matters. He prepares and facilitates ongoing prosecution of patent applications at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in the electrical, mechanical, and computer science arts. His areas of expertise include semiconductors, state machines, thin-film transistors, ink jet printers, automotive control systems, bar-code scanners, automotive transmissions, fuel delivery technologies, magnetostrictive wave guides, automotive manufacturing systems, C++, UNIX/Linux programming, and data warehousing. Prior to becoming an attorney, Seth was an electrical engineer with American Electric Power in Columbus, Ohio. At American Electric Power, he was responsible for the development and maintenance of control systems, data acquisition units, and computer systems for power delivery. In addition, Seth was a law clerk with the NCR Corporation in Dayton, Ohio.
