  • Conducts legal research and draft briefs on a broad range of complex immigration issues.
  • Received successful grants of administrative closure, cancellation of removal, and termination or dismissal of removal proceedings.
  • Assists clients with rescinding prior final orders of deportation through both unilateral and joint requests to federal immigration courts or the Department of Homeland Security.
  • Experience accompanying clients to affirmative asylum and other family-based interviews at USCIS.
  • Assists with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for highly skilled professionals.
