Sarah is a litigator with a successful and extensive track record of representing clients in cases and matters involving business and contractual disputes, product liability, real estate, transportation, general liability, nursing home and medical negligence, professional liability, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, and premises liability. She has practiced in a multitude of jurisdictions across the country and represented corporate and individual clients including, but not limited to, companies and their officers, manufacturing companies, architects, hotels, nursing home and long-term care facilities, distribution companies, transportation companies and their drivers, and various insurance companies. Sarah also routinely assists with the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device cases in state and federal courts across the United States.

  • Represented manufacturers in pharmaceutical and medical device cases pending in multidistrict litigation and state and federal courts across the country.
  • Successfully tried a commercial action involving member dispute between affiliates of a limited liability company including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of non-competition clause, and request for preliminary and permanent injunction. Obtained a defense verdict and monetary award for the counterclaim.
  • Experience litigating cases involving real estate purchase agreements, product liability, commercial and residential premises liability, and property damage cases.
  • Experience representing nursing homes and long-term care facilities in connection with medical negligence and wrongful death claims.
  • Developed safety and operations manuals for logistics companies in compliance with the Department of Transportation and other federal regulations.
  • Obtained summary judgment in breach of contract, products liability, personal injury, and premises liability cases.
  • Represented companies in federal court in class action lawsuits involving the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour statute.
  • Obtained settlements for businesses involving contractual disputes.
  • Successfully defended manufacturers and property owners in matters involving products and premises liability issues.
  • Extensive experience in negotiating settlements in bodily injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases.
