Samuel Botnick

Staff Attorney

Samuel focuses his practice on real estate law and assists clients in all aspects of real estate matters. In his practice, he assists a diverse range of clients by drafting a variety of transactional documents, conducting extensive research, and drafting comprehensive memoranda on various real estate issues.

  • Provides assistance with the real estate aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and leases of long-term care facilities.
  • Assists with all aspects of the due diligence process in real estate transactions, including reviewing titles and surveys.
  • Conducts legal research and prepares memoranda on a range of topics, including historic tax credits, commercial and public finance, property taxes, and construction.
  • Served as an intern with the City of Cincinnati Real Estate Department where he conducted legal research on a variety of complex real estate topics.
  • Served as a clerk with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office where he drafted motions and conducted research on various Ohio laws.
