Bob, having retired at the end of 2014, has been associated with Ulmer for 45 years, including 38 years as a Partner, and an additional 7 years as Counsel. His practice focused on the areas of corporate and business law and finance, banking, securities, broker-dealer, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate matters. He represented publicly held and private companies in a broad array of corporate, business, real estate, banking, finance, and securities transactions, including public and private securities offerings as well as compliance matters. Bob has spoken at various bar association and corporate institutional programs, and served as general counsel to various privately held companies. He received the highest peer review ranking of AV Preeminent from Martindale-Hubbell.
