Preslav P. Mantchev


Preslav focuses his practice on financial services, general business, and consumer litigation. His experience includes handling all aspects of the pre-litigation and trial process, including case evaluation, early settlement negotiations, legal research, motion practice, and discovery. Preslav is fluent in Bulgarian, and he has working knowledge of Spanish.
