Counsel

Business immigration and employment litigation are Cash’s areas of concentration, with a particular emphasis in workers’ compensation defense.

He is also a certified specialist in workers’ compensation law. He has defended workers’ compensation claims involving claim allowances, rating issues, disability awards, and violations of specific safety requirements. He has first chair experience defending employers against workers’ compensation claims in over 30 trials. Cash has successfully negotiated settlements for hundreds of worker’s compensation claims prior to trial. He also litigates corporate/business, insurance defense, intentional tort, and professional negligence matters.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and Bureau of Workers’ Compensation defending workers’ compensation claims involving claim allowances, rating issues, disability awards, and violations of specific safety requirements.
  • His practice focuses on Immigration Management Services, providing clients with integrated solutions to immigration and employment problems. Visa applications, permanent residency issues, I-9 compliance, and hiring/termination of employment relationships are his specialty.
  • Counsels corporations and business owners in obtaining employment related visas to recruit and retain foreign nationals.
  • Represents businesses and individuals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, the Department of Homeland Security and Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer.
  • Counsels individuals and employers in obtaining lawful permanent residency (“green card”) and uses permanent residency status as foundation to become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
