Michelle M. Thompson


Michelle focuses her practice on product liability and general business litigation, and provides counsel to a diverse array of clients in a wide selection of industries. She represents clients in the defense of product liability and pharmaceutical, medical device, and mass and toxic tort actions. She also has experience in complex business litigation, particularly matters involving contract, landlord-tenant, and insurance defense disputes. Michelle works closely with clients to resolve complex matters, and has significant experience guiding clients to successful outcomes at trial.

  • Served as a judicial intern to Chief Magistrate Judge Sharon L. Ovington of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
