Melissa A. Springer


Melissa focuses her practice on product liability litigation and the defense of pharmaceutical, medical device, and mass and toxic tort claims. She has experience with various aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. She represents a diverse array of clients in multidistrict, coordinated, and consolidated proceedings, as well as putative class actions and “one-off” product liability suits.
