Meghan focuses her practice on business litigation and the resolution of complex business disputes. She provides strategies and analysis to address procedural and substantive issues, and she has experience with all aspects of the litigation process.

  • Experience as a law clerk to Judge Tiiara N.A. Patton, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Ohio, where she drafted bench memoranda and court orders, provided legal research and analysis, attended hearings, and reviewed pleadings in bankruptcy cases.
