Mary Beth focuses on all lateral, new attorney, and paralegal hiring for the firm. A licensed attorney, she develops and executes key initiatives in support of the firm’s strategic goals with respect to sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and integrating lateral and new attorneys and other legal staff. Mary Beth manages the firm’s recruiting and hiring process including reviewing candidate resumes, conducting initial screening interviews and coordinating panel interview schedules, assessing evaluations, assisting with offers, and planning orientations. Once hired, Mary Beth assists new and lateral attorneys with their professional development and evaluation and feedback processes. She works closely with the firm’s Chief Diversity Officer to guarantee the highest standards are followed to develop, attract, and retain a diverse candidate pool to fill positions.
