Bruce P. Mandel

Bruce retired in 2016 after almost 41 years with Ulmer. Former Chair of the firm’s Toxic Tort Defense Group, Bruce defended all types of industrial exposure cases in State and Federal Courts. He also handled a range of product liability matters, major bodily injury cases from both a plaintiff and defense perspective, and represented owners, architects, and contractors in construction litigation cases. Bruce has also been and remains a sought after mediator, having successfully mediated a myriad of tort, commercial, contract, and real estate cases for many years.
