Ronald L. Kahn
Retired Partner
Ron retired from Ulmer in 2016 following a 43-year career. He focused his practice on advising clients on taxation, employee benefits (including ESOPs), executive compensation, ERISA litigation, employment law, health care law, estate planning, and corporate for-profit and non-profit law issues. Throughout his career, he advised businesses of all sizes on the design and maintenance of various employee pension and welfare benefit programs.
