REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

• Handles all aspects of state and federal civil litigation, including pleadings and motion practice, pretrial discovery, and trial preparation.
• Effectively and efficiently handles discovery, including the management of large-scale electronic discovery in product liability matters.
• Performs legal research and drafts memoranda on a wide variety of topics.
• Previously worked with several judges, including serving as a law clerk to the Honorable David Wiggins of the Iowa Supreme Court, and as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Fernando J. Gaitan, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
