Kaeanna W. Dzialo


Kaeanna focuses her practice on product liability litigation and defends pharmaceutical, medical device, and mass and toxic tort claims. Having served as a law clerk and extern to several judges, she has a strong understanding of trial practice in civil litigation. Kaeanna is experienced with various aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. She represents clients in multidistrict, coordinated, and consolidated proceedings, putative class actions, and “one-off” product liability suits.

  • Handles all aspects of state and federal civil litigation, including pleadings and motion practice, pretrial discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Effectively and efficiently handles discovery, including the management of large-scale electronic discovery in product liability matters.
  • Performs legal research and drafts memoranda on a wide variety of topics.
  • Previously worked with several judges, including serving as a law clerk to the Honorable David Wiggins of the Iowa Supreme Court, and as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Fernando J. Gaitan, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
