Jason A. Snyder


Jason focuses his practice on resolving construction disputes and assisting clients in all phases of construction projects. He represents public and private owners, contractors, architects, and engineers in construction-related matters. Jason also assists with catastrophic loss cases and has experience representing plaintiffs and defending companies in personal injury and wrongful death tort litigation.

  • Represented a general contractor of a mixed use construction project in a personal injury case caused by alleged construction defect.
  • Represented a roofing company in a four-school, multimillion-dollar construction project with alleged major defects that caused water intrusion.
  • Represented a Mason against allegations of improperly installed flashing that allegedly caused water intrusion and mold growth at a school.
  • Experience conducting legal research including analyzing construction documents, obtaining fact and expert depositions, and participating in settlement negotiations.
  • Experience handling complex civil defense from wrongful death cases.
  • Worked during law school as a law clerk for the Cincinnati Solicitor’s Office performing legal research and writing for use in City litigation.
