REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Drafts a wide range of real estate documents, including: leases; assignments of leases; deeds; special deeds; closing checklists; title objective letters; tenant estoppel certificates; and subordination, non-disturbance, and attornment agreements.
- Reviews and analyzes due diligence materials for real estate transactions.
- Conducts legal research and prepares accompanying memoranda, legal forms, and contracts to streamline legal information pertaining to a spectrum of real estate law issues.
