Giulia advises clients operating in a broad range of industries on federal, state, and local taxation issues. She focuses her practice on multiple areas including the planning and tax consequences involved in closely-held business services, business succession and estate planning, emerging companies and venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. Giulia also has in-house experience working on the acquisitions team for a well-known corporation.

  • Advises on complex tax issues including tax planning for middle market closely-held and family businesses.
  • Structures transactions to minimize taxes including acquisitions, sale of businesses, tangible and intangible property transactions, and related matters.
  • Renders federal and state tax opinions on a variety of tax matters.
  • Advises on the formation and operation of business entities, selection and change of form of business entity, and planning for related and affiliated entities.
  • Counsels clients on a variety of matters including succession and transition planning, estate planning, family business consulting, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and related party transactions.
