Product liability defense, mass tort litigation, toxic tort litigation, and drug and medical device litigation are Jeff’s areas of concentration. He has experience in handling all aspects of state and federal litigation from initial discovery through trial. He defends manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in state and federal product liability litigation, including pharmaceutical, dietary supplements, and medical device litigation. His background also includes experience in multi-district litigation involving pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements. Jeff has been listed as an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star.

Jeff is a board member and current President of the Board of Cincinnati Catholic Residential Services. Catholic Residential Services is a non-profit organization that provides support services to people with developmental disabilities. Those support services include housing, in-home care, medical supervision, transportation, job and life counseling, entertainment, and recreation. Catholic Residential Services’ goal is for all the people it serves to live as independently, safely and happily as possible.
Jeff and his family deliver a gingerbread house to the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center every December in honor of him being released from the hospital as a baby on Christmas Eve, a tradition that has been sustained for over three decades. [Video: Geoppinger Gingerbread Tradition.]
