  • Counseled a Fortune 500 company in the management of its patent portfolio including the instruction of foreign counsel in pending applications.
  • Assisted in the development of several non-infringement positions for public corporations.
  • Conducted numerous prior art searches in the chemical and mechanical art fields.
  • Prepared and prosecuted a variety of complex chemical applications including, for example, applications directed to block copolymerization techniques, foamed polymers, inorganic polymeric fillers, and compositions such as pressure-sensitive adhesives, personal care compositions, and flame-retardant cable compositions.
  • Knowledgeable in cross-disciplinary fields such as the use of roll-to-roll manufacturing techniques for the production of die cut, laminated RFID tags.
