Anthony is a patent attorney who is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and who focuses his practice on intellectual property law, including U.S. and foreign patent procurement, trademark clearance and prosecution, licensing, and copyright.   • Prepares and facilitates ongoing prosecution of patent applications (utility and design) in the areas of biology, biotechnology, medical devices, mechanical technologies, electrical technologies, and computer science.
  • Prepares and facilitates ongoing prosecution of international patent applications and foreign patent applications.
  • Drafts various intellectual property opinions including non-infringement, invalidity, freedom-to-use, and patentability opinions for both small and large business entities.
  • Performs patentability studies and clearance studies related to various technologies.
